Rarebird is a Buffalo, New York-based consumer beverage company that produces Px Coffee, billed as the first jitterless coffee. The product replaces caffeine with paraxanthine (Px) to deliver clean, steady energy and sharper focus without jitters, crashes, or sleep disruption. Rarebird received strategic investment from 43North, a Buffalo-based accelerator, and relocated its headquarters to Buffalo as part of that partnership.
