Freight Hero, a Durham, NC-based startup using AI agents and human operators to automate freight brokers' back-office load operations, raised a $5 million round led by Field Ventures, with Flybridge Capital, Tip Top VC, and Front Porch Venture Partners also investing. Total funding now over $6 million.
