Shasta Pools, a Phoenix-based swimming pool builder and servicer with 60+ years of history, was acquired by a consortium including Jeff Thiessen's family office (Dansons Capital Group, formed after selling Pit Boss Grills in 2023), Accrual Equity Partners, and commercial pool builder Hydro Construction. The deal aims to expand Shasta's maintenance and repair business into a broader home-services platform, capitalizing on the $62 billion U.S. pool servicing market where maintenance and repairs represent 64% of sales.
