Compass Pathways

Compass Pathways' COMP360, a psilocybin treatment for treatment-resistant depression, is under partial FDA review and expected to receive approval by year's end, with rollout in early 2027. Journey Clinical, which partners with Compass, is preparing to offer COMP360 at certified medical facilities in Virginia, including expansion to Richmond.
