Altano Group

Bridgepoint agrees to acquire a majority stake in Altano Group, described as the world's largest group of equine clinics and practices. Existing investor Ufenau Capital Partners will exit, while founder Victor Baltus, senior management, and veterinary leaders remain invested alongside Bridgepoint.
