Monzo is in early talks with Nubank parent Nu Holdings for a potential £8–10 billion sale. The deal would give Nubank immediate UK and European banking reach through Monzo's 16 million customers and £1.7 billion annual revenue, while likely ending Monzo's near-term IPO path.
