KelpDAO filed a lawsuit against LayerZero and co-founder Bryan Pellegrino over a bridge exploit causing losses to rsETH (its restaked ETH token) in 2026. KelpDAO is pursuing traditional litigation to assign developer liability rather than accepting the loss as protocol risk.
