BioMarine; FLS; Smir; GroAqua

Ambienta has acquired four aquaculture technology companies—BioMarine, FLS, and Smir from Norway, and GroAqua from the Faroe Islands—through its Ambienta IV fund to form a unified platform led by CEO Sverre Taknes. The platform targets operational efficiency and environmental sustainability in aquaculture.
