Open USD

Open USD (OUSD) stablecoin went live with 214 partners, expanding from 140+ announced in June. Stripe made OUSD its default stablecoin on Tempo and integrated it into card issuing. Tempo launched with over $400 million in liquidity; partner cards include RedotPay, KAST, EtherFi, Plasma, Bitget Wallet, and nine Korean card companies. Revenue structure directs most yield to partner apps rather than the issuer.
