PayNearMe launched an AI agent that calls and texts customers, handles inbound inquiries, and schedules payments, embedded in its PayXM platform. The agent uses payment data, business rules, and workflows to resolve issues and execute tasks with human handoffs when needed; Indiana Finance Company is piloting it for collections outreach and inbound support.
