Aleph Alpha

Aleph Alpha releases Kolibri, an open-weight Mixture-of-Experts model with 78.1 billion parameters, supporting tool calling and up to one million token context. The model is available on Hugging Face under Apache 2.0 license and is designed for sovereign, mission-critical work in government and regulated industries.
