Ardian and Oak Holdings 1, a vehicle backed by co-investors GIP, Vodafone, KKR and Mubadala, are exploring and lining up financing for a possible take-private of INWIT, the Italian telecom tower company, according to sources. Reuters reports that Ardian, GIP, Vodafone, KKR and Mubadala declined to comment. The deal is not yet agreed, so its status is in talks.
