The Office of Strategic Capital (OSC) is a Department of Defense organization that develops and implements strategies and partnerships to accelerate private investment in critical supply chain technologies needed for national security. OSC provides capital solutions including direct loans up to $150 million for manufacturing facilities and fund-level leverage up to $175 million per fund through its investment initiatives, with focus on 31 congressionally-authorized technology categories.
