Inpria Corporation manufactures EUV metal oxide photoresists designed to enable semiconductor manufacturers to realize the full potential of extreme ultraviolet (EUV) lithography. Its inorganic photoresists offer superior etch resistance, allowing chipmakers to simplify the manufacturing process by eliminating extra layers. Inpria was acquired by JSR Corporation in 2021.
