Nephrodite, Inc. is an Atlanta-based medical device company developing Holly, an implantable, continuous dialysis platform designed as a better alternative to traditional dialysis for patients with kidney failure. In December 2025, Nephrodite earned FDA's first Breakthrough Device Designation for an implantable kidney replacement system. The company relocated to Atlanta after earlier operations in Germany, Boston, and Austin.
