S1P Therapeutics is a preclinical-stage biotechnology company focused on developing drugs targeting the sphingosine 1-phosphate (S1P) pathway for the treatment of kidney and autoimmune diseases. It uses proprietary inhibitors of SPNS2-dependent S1P transport and is affiliated with the University of Virginia.
