About Cleveland

Cleveland sits on Lake Erie in what was the heart of American steel manufacturing, and that materials-and-manufacturing know-how didn't disappear when the mills did — it shows up now in advanced manufacturing and additive/3D printing. Case Western Reserve anchors the research side, and the Cleveland Clinic makes health tech the other real pillar, not just an afterthought next to manufacturing.
