Xiaomi

Xiaomi is integrating CXMT's LPDDR6 memory into its Xiaomi 18 Fold smartphone, using its internally developed XRING O3 chip for direct integration. The phone maker is targeting 200,000–300,000 unit shipments, consuming roughly 4 petabytes of CXMT memory and serving as a real-world test bench for CXMT's new memory generation.
